Naga Tumuluri is a banking risk and regulatory leader and AI upskilling advocate who works at the intersection of enterprise transformation and workforce readiness. He currently serves as a Senior Manager at Citi, where he drives efficiency and productivity initiatives across large, complex operations, applying AI and data-driven approaches to improve decision-making within highly regulated environments. He spent over twelve years at Ernst & Young in controls, regulatory response, and enterprise risk before moving into this role.

Naga is also the CEO & Co-founder of Pinc Innovations, where he leads efforts focused on education access, AI upskilling, and preparing individuals for a rapidly evolving, technology-driven economy. This dual perspective—executing AI adoption inside global financial institutions while building grassroots AI education initiatives—gives him a practical, risk-aware view of how AI agents can be deployed responsibly and effectively.

He holds an M.S. in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a B.Tech in Engineering from IIT Madras.
