VICTORIA WELLMAN is a published author and the co-founder of The Oratory Laboratory, a boutique agency providing speechwriting and coaching services for high profile and ambitious public speakers. Since 2008 she has helped corporate executives, influencers, politicians, entrepreneurs, Olympians, NFL stars, astronauts, rap stars, artists, and activists captivate their audiences, garnering media attention in the process from Today Show, Brian Lehrer WNYC, CNN, ABC This Morning, The New York Times, and New York Magazine. Victoria’s work has been delivered at the UN, Capitol Hill, Wall Street, SXSW and other high-profile stages around the world. 

Her first book, Before You Say Anything (St Martin's Press, April 2022) takes a deep and entertaining dive into her unique creative process and the way she's applied it in her work with speakers from all industries and backgrounds.

She lives in Brooklyn with her two children and a new puppy-in-training.
