Bassam Njeim, Co-Owner and Chef at Little Star Foods and Adonis Market. Originally from Beirut, Lebanon, Bassam came to the United States in 2013 and soon thereafter opened Little Star Foods as a stand at Princeton-area farmers' markets. He soon expanded and became co-owner of Adonis Market, a one-stop shop for fresh-made foods and authentic Middle Eastern ingredients.
