Kale Taylor-Thompson has been a passionate coffee professional for over a decade, starting as a barista at Small World Coffee in 2011. While his extensive experience in coffee is a key part of his journey, his background in education and the arts makes him a unique instructor, giving him an eye for detail and presentation. He has held multiple leadership roles within Small World Coffee, including his current position as the Manager of Small World Roasters. When not roasting coffee, Kale enjoys adventures with his husband and dog as well as making frequent visits to Disney.
