He is an expert in propagating his own plants and trees, meticulously cultivating woody species for long-term health and abundance, and he skillfully makes maple syrup from the myriad maple trees on his property. Additionally, Brent is skilled at mushroom cultivation, specifically growing culinary varieties on wood logs to further diversify his sustainable food production system.
