| Lulu French is a performer, director, and educator with more than 25 years of experience in improvisational theater and teaching experience. She trained extensively in New York City, studying with instructors from the Upright Citizens Brigade, the Magnet Theater, Gotham City Improv, and Second City, and has performed at theaters including Gotham City Improv, the Magnet Theater, the People’s Improv Theater, Improvolution, and UCB.
Lulu is the owner and director of Rocket Improv, a New Jersey-based improv school serving children, teens, and adults. In addition to teaching hundreds of students over the years, she has led workshops for schools, arts organizations, and corporate clients, including Google, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal, and Novartis.
She began her career in musical theater, studying at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City and performing in regional theater productions and national tours before focusing her work on improvisation and comedy.
