This two-week workshop is for students looking to immerse themselves in the craft of songwriting and music production.  Students will workshop lyrics, melodies, and chord progressions, gain experience using a variety of musical instruments, expand their theory skills, and learn how to record and produce original work.  This course will take place in the newly renovated Music Technology Lab at CHS (A239). Access to Mac computers, a variety of DAWs, audio interfaces, microphones, guitars, MIDI keyboards, and sample machines will be provided.  Students are also welcome to bring any personal instruments from home, and should pack a lunch!
