The NJ Real Estate Commission approves this course as a prerequisite for the real estate salesperson’s license exam. Learn real estate laws, mortgages, listing agreements, contracts and more. Students must have a high school diploma or equivalent and complete requirements within six months of start. Virtual classes taught by live instructors.
