Spring is a great time to have your child outside, running around and getting much-needed exercise. This program will help get kids running by making the work of training as fun as possible. The workouts disguised as games not only train young bodies, but score high on the fun factor as well. MIKE SKARA has been a pacer and running coach since 2000. Please bring a towel or mat, so the youths have a spot on which to do stretches, and a personal water bottle. Parents are strongly encouraged to stay to observe the sessions. For grades 4-7.
