Jazzercise is a mix of High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT), cardio dance, strength & resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing. Wear appropriate and comfortable clothing and bring handheld weights and minibands (optional). A mat or towel and bottled water are also suggested. No extensions, make-ups or refunds.
