This course is for students who maintain a home practice regime and would like to refine their yoga postures. Prerequisite: Minimum of two cycles of YOGA: BEGINNING. Students must have a non-slip yoga mat, three firm blankets, a yoga block and a yoga belt. 


The Adult School recommends that students seek their physicians' advice before participating in fitness classes.
