This class will work on refining the Long Yang-style form, according to the principles taught by Master T.T. Liang. We will also learn the left side of the Yang form, as well as Chi Kung healing exercises and acupressure self-massage. Permission of the instructor is advised to join this class. AYRIEL GERMANTON, a disciple of Master T.T. Liang, has been teaching T’ai Chi since 1977. A holistic health practitioner, she has been practicing mindfulness meditation, acupressure massage and macrobiotic cooking for over four decades, and incorporates this knowledge into her teachings.
