These two-session workshops will help both parents and caregivers and students manage the stress and anxiety associated with applying to college. You will learn the ways the mind tricks you into limiting yourself (and your child), then you’ll learn strategies for re-writing those limiting beliefs. You’ll learn mindfulness techniques and how to connect with your body. You will learn how to change your relationship with stress and anxiety and use that energy to your advantage. You’ll leave with a tool-kit of mind & body hacks to reduce stress and increase your resilience. You will also have the ability to move through the college application process (and your own life) with skill and ease.
