Choreographed to today’s hottest music, Jazzercise is a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing. Now you can have unlimited access to online Jazzercise classes--up to 19 classes per week--for four months (Sept.-Dec.) with 6 local instructors and 3-4 different class formats. Live & Local from the comfort of your home. Wear comfortable clothing, put your sneakers on and if you don't have handheld weights use what you have available (water bottles, wine bottles, laundry detergent) or just your own resistance. A mat or towel and bottled water are also suggested. Days and times of weekly classes (subject to change; 7pm classes may be added in the fall): Mondays- 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 5:45pm; Tuesdays- 7am, 8am, 9am, 5:45pm; Wednesdays- 8:30am, 9:30am, 5:45pm; Thursdays- 7am, 8am, 9am, 10:30am, 5:45pm; Fridays- 8:30am, 9:30am; Saturdays- 8am, 9am, 10:30am; Sundays- 9:30am.
