Fermented foods are getting a lot of attention lately, with new research showing they may help strengthen our gut microbiome. They are chock-full of probiotics or good bacteria — essential for improving digestion, boosting immunity and helping us maintain a healthy weight. This workshop includes hands-on learning, tasting of some homemade fermented products and recipes and fermenting samples to get you started at home.
