Come to this eight-week, 16 session class for a great introduction to Tai Chi for anyone who is looking for a safe and gentle form of exercise while sitting or standing.  

This class was created by Paul Lam, MD in collaboration with the Arthritis Foundation. This class is taught by Stephen Schwarzenberger, a Certified Tai Chi Instructor.
