 Based on Yang Style of tai chi, this 8 form class can help with balance and body awareness.  Regular practice of this form of tai chi is proven to reduce falls and related injuries.  This enjoyable form of tai chi can be done seated or standing.  It is taught by Stephen Schwarzenberger, a Certified Tai Chi Instructor.
