Esther Tanez is a dedicated entrepreneur and community advocate with over 33 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries.  She is the founder of ESTIR Inc. Insurance Agency and SimpleTax & Bookkeeping located in Bloomfield and Princeton, NJ.  Esther began her business journey as a single mother of two with just $10 and a vision, building a thriving company from her parents’ basement into a multi-service agency serving thousands.

Her passion lies in empowering first generation business owners by offering 360-degree services -from business registration and insurance to bookkeeping and tax preparation.  Through community workshops, bilingual support and social media series like “Hey Esther and “Journey of an Entrepreneur”, she helps demystify insurance and business operations. 

Esther proudly serves on several boards and committees and inspires others by sharing her journey and helping them launch and grow businesses confidently and clearly.
