Beth has served as Morven’s curator since 2010, and as Deputy Director since 2019. During this time she has mounted over twenty exhibitions and published four award-winning catalogues. In 2018 Beth oversaw a complete reinstallation of Morven’s permanent history exhibition to present a more inclusive history, particularly around people enslaved by the Stockton family at Morven. Most recently her team received a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities for their forthcoming exhibition “Northern Family, Southern Ties.”
Beth majored in History and minored Art History at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. She received her Master’s in History of Art, Theory & Display from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
