Jim Brittain

Jim has been a member of the Princeton FreeWheelers bicycle club for many years, and has taught sessions on tire replacement, and on basic maintenance, for the club.

He is also a co-manager of the New Brunswick Bike Exchange (NBBX). The NBBX takes in bike donations, and either breaks them down for parts, or rebuilds them and sells them to the community at a discount. Jim has taught bicycle maintenance for the NBBX, as well (several of our volunteers started as students in those classes).

Jim also runs his own business doing bicycle maintenance and repair as The Ramblin' Wrench, bringing bicycle maintenance to you! He's worked on everything from toy-store bikes to carbon fiber to e-bikes. He also holds the designation of Certified Bicycle Technician from United Bicycle Institute, a licensed bicycle trade school.
