Hello, I'm Purvi Dogra, the proprietor of Everything But Plates LLC, a licensed home bakery. 

My culinary journey stems from a profound passion for cooking, which serves as both a stress buster and a source of immense joy.

My foray into the world of baking commenced in March 2020, during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. It all started when my daughter expressed a desire to make cupcakes. Despite having no prior baking experience, we decided to give it a shot using a boxed mix. While my daughter lost interest along the way, I found a renewed sense of purpose and strength within myself, propelling me to continue my exploration of baking.

This journey took an unexpected turn when I participated in Masterchef Season 13, securing a spot among the top 20 contestants and advancing to the top 16. 

Today, I proudly share my newfound expertise by teaching cupcake decorating classes. I firmly believe in following one's heart, persevering through challenges, and maintaining a positive outlook. 

In my experience, hard work consistently yields rewarding outcomes.
