I have been working with yarn for what feels like my whole life.  I started crocheting bun holders before I was 10 years old to keep my hair under control while taking ballet classes.  I graduated to knitting clothes for my dolls and then simple things for myself.  As I got older and more experienced with knitting basic pieces, I became more adventurous and started piecing sweaters together, learning Faire Isle techniques, knitting in the round, and cabling.  I love making blankets to celebrate milestone events in the lives of my loved ones.  I look forward to sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for the art and craft of knitting.
