A tasting class that is perfect for the Fall! This class includes an assortment of unique cheeses and seasonally appropriate cheeses for Fall and Halloween! The class will taste and learn about an assortment of cheeses and their accompaniments for the perfect fall cheeseboards! This class is led by Olsson’s Fine Foods Manager and ACS Certified Cheese Professional and IDDBA Certified Salumiere, Michele. Class is limited to ten students.
