Have questions about your own exercise program, but you’re not sure who to ask?

This is a one-to-one consultation with a trainer with over 40 years of experience, certified for over 35 years, and expertise in safe exercise. 

You can review your existing program, check your form on specific exercises, learn new exercises, or generally get help figuring out the best workout plan for YOU.  

This session will take place in the Optimal Exercise studio in Cranbury, so questions can include home exercises (bodyweight, dumbbells, elastic) as well as commercial gym equipment (cardio, weight stack stations, etc.)

NOTE:   All classes are held at Optimal Exercise Studio, 27B Maplewood Avenue, Cranbury, a non-traditional gym studio.   Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers.
