Four thirty-minute sessions with a personal trainer to help you get the most out of your workouts. You can learn and practice a home program, or how to use commercial gym equipment, or you can refresh your own workout with a couple of weeks of coaching. All within the “safe exercise” approach; so not for bodybuilding or boot camp, but for the benefits YOU can get from a program. This is not in a large commercial health club with a crowd but in a small studio dedicated to personal training.NOTE: All classes are held at Optimal Exercise Studio, 27B Maplewood Avenue, Cranbury, a non-traditional gym studio. Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers.
