As one of the most popular movie stars of all time, he is a living legend, but Clint Eastwood might be just as worthy of legendary status for his work behind the camera. He is one of only a dozen filmmakers to direct two films that have won the Oscar for best picture (Unforgiven and Million Dollar Baby), and the only one of that group who is an actor! This course will look at Eastwood as a director and will give students an opportunity to watch and learn about some of his finest films. (If you're a fan of Eastwood, the actor--don't worry--he stars in most of the films he directs).
