Short stretch breaks can help relieve tension, restore your posture, and have you feeling better at the end of the workday. No need to change from your work attire; this routine is intended to be done at your workstation.

NOTE: Class will be held at Optimal Exercise, 27B Maplewood Avenue, Cranbury, a non-traditional gym/studio. Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers.
