Section A: Mutter Paneer, Jeera (cumin) Rice, Carrot Halva
We’ll prepare a modern, restaurant-style version of this vegetarian dish featuring peas and Indian cottage cheese in a rich, cashewtomato sauce infused with garam masala and aromatic spices. For dessert, we’ll make Carrot Halva (Gajar ka Halwa), a traditional Indian sweet made from slow-cooked carrots, milk, and sugar—an authentic treat to complete the meal.
