Join me on a culinary journey where food bridges cultures and creates lasting bonds. Students will start class making a traditional cup of Indian chai, and then learn how to make an Asian twist on traditional spaghetti noodles, mixed with colorful vegetables and flavorful tofu. You will leave class with a fully prepared meal portion to take home to share with your loved ones while you continue the crossculture conversations at your own dinner table!
