This presentation takes participants on a behind-the-scenes look at airline passenger flights — from the pilot’s perspective. We’ll learn about pre-flight preparations and crew briefings, discuss the supporting roles played by airport ground and gate personnel; get familiar with the sophisticated technologies that help pilots navigate, and understand the key role that air traffic controllers play in getting commercial flights to their destinations.
