122) Mindful Morning Stretching for Health and Energy

Whether we spend our days in vigorous physical work or lead a sedentary life, all of us have the same bones, tendons, ligaments and musculature. Few people realize how important mind/body awareness and stretching are to proper self-care, fitness and “health span”. They increase blood flow, reduce strains and injuries, and boost our energy level. Join us for six one-hour classes and experience weekly, progressive sessions that will rejuvenate you both physically and mentally. Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothes and be in bare feet. No experience in any of these topics is needed. You’ll be calm and energized in time to leave for work or get a head start on your day.
