122A) Detoxing the Past - Letting Go, Acceptance and Moving Forward

Do you feel like you can’t move forward no matter how much you try? Do you feel like you’re carrying all your old past baggage with you into the present? Many of us get stuck in the past because of our need for certainty. Letting go of the past also means stepping into the unknown future. Its normal to fear the unknown but we don’t want to get stuck in the past and lose our potential for a bright future. In this workshop students will learn why we hold onto to the past, the consequences of holding on to the past and ways to let go of your past and move forward.
