105) How to Get Myself to Do What I Want: The Four Tendencies

One of life’s challenges is " how to get myself to do what I want?" The Four Tendencies (FT) is a framework developed by Gretchen Rubin that explains the different ways people respond to expectations.  The FT helps us to better understand ourselves, and others, allowing us to more effectively meet our goals. We can live and work more successfully when we understand why we might see things differently. This workshop offers opportunities to practice applying the knowledge of the FT to predict and avoid conflict, as well as to persuade yourself and others to achieve goals.
