120) Strengthen Your Core with Pilates Mat Classes
 

Pilates is a wonderful form of exercise to help lengthen and strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility and decrease your risk of injury. This one-hour class is appropriate for all levels. Mats and props will be provided. Anti-slip socks are encouraged but not required. Class is limited to 10 people.
