PWB01) Practices for Well-Being

 This course is an overview & sampling of Holistic therapies & practices.  It will provide information about the various therapies & practice available, as well as teach simple techniques anyone can use to enhance their health and relieve their stress.  From acupuncture to meditation, Reiki to Tai Chi, working with a therapist, taking a class or practicing in quiet solitude, there is at least one modality that will appeal and satisfy each individual's needs.
