In this course, you will learn the simple process to make hand-cut and hand-printed images of your own design, using linoleum block printing. All aspects of the process will be covered including drawing on the block or transferring your image to the block, carving your design and printing techniques for making black and white and color prints. You can make artistic cards or small prints. Materials fee
of $40 due to the instructor the first night of class. Supplies included are: alinoleum block, cutting tools, various inks,
newsprint paper for proofing and rice paper for final prints/cards.
