Are you interested in learning more about this 5,000 year old
practice of Yoga, yoga philosophy, and how to take Yoga off the mat and into your daily life? Each class will start with a Yoga theme for the week where we will weave in the Yogic ideas from some of the most influential Yoga texts and teachers and end in a class discussion with ideas on how to incorporate these practices into your life. Some of the topics will include meditation and breathing strategies, the 8-fold path, and how to find calm in a chaotic world.
