Join other expectant moms on their pregnancy journey in our Prenatal Yoga classes at East Eagle Yoga. Building community as well as practicing yoga in order to gain endurance, confidence, and strength in preparation for birth is what makes these classes so special. Our focus is on breathing, concentration, and relaxation techniques through stretching and classical Hatha Yoga poses for all trimesters of pregnancy. Theseclasses are suitable for those who are experienced or new to yoga and at
