Yoga 101 is for all levels of experience. Basic Yoga poses (asanas) will be introduced, and variations explored to estalish a foundation of Yoga study. Relaxation and meditation will be incorporated in each class. Please wear comfortable clothes. A Yoga mat or towel, two Yoga blocks, and a water bottle are recommended.
