This eight week Yoga 101 is for all levels of experience. Basic yoga poses (asanas) will be introduced, and variations explored to establish a foundation of yoga study. Relaxation and meditation will be incorporated in each class. Please wear comfortable clothes. A yoga mat or towel, two yoga blocks, and a water bottle are recommended.
