Namaste! Take a deep breath and relax. Gentle Yoga is here to help you find inner peace and tranquility. Our classes are designed to help reduce stress, increase flexibility, and improve overall well-being. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our classes welcome all levels, as we will practice sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles.We will guide you through a series of gentle movements and stretches to help you release tension and find balance in your body
and mind. Our classes are held in a calm and welcoming environment, making it easy for you to let go of your worries and focus on the present moment. Please bring your own yoga mat.
