Spanish Tapas is the perfect pairing of little savory bites and fruity smooth sips of sangria. Designed to “whet” the appetite, tapas traditionally were used as a precursor to dinner, a time to gather, nibble, sip and prepare to dine. Nowadays Tapas are seen more globally as part of the whole meal, dishes that are designed for sharing, slowing down, and gathering around a table.
