Strengthen and stretch using the core principles of Pilates. Learn proper spinal alignment and core (abdominal and back) strengthening exercises to help relieve stress points in your body thus improving balance and enhancing overall movements in every day life. Prior Pilates experience is helpful but not necessary for this full body intermediate class. Bring a mat or towel. Instructor will provide stretch bands
