Your emotions are energy in motion. Qigong (energy skill or energy work) is a beautiful way to get to know where these emotions live in your body, how they feel to you, and how to work with them in a safe way. Each week will focus on a different emotion, starting with an intro to Qigong and ending with an integration class.
