Learn classic knife skills and techniques, the principles of slicing, dicing, mincing, and julienne, along with how to handle, buy and utilize your knife. Bring your chef's knife and get on the cutting edge! Limited enrollment. Cut crudités will be served with an assortment of dips (class does not constitute dinner).Masks and social distancing in effect – attendance will be VERY LIMITED
