Learn to play golf or improve your game in this lighted, covered practice center. Begin with proper warm-up and stretching to loosen up and prevent injury. Learn basic swing and stance to develop a full swing, techniques for chipping and putting, and the basic rules and etiquette of the game. You’ll receive a student sheet to determine your goals and to identify past injuries in order to change your grip or stance to minimize strain or discomfort. Please bring your own wedge and 9 iron (if available) and feel free to bring your full set of clubs for an evaluation. Wear golf appropriate clothing and sneakers or golf shoes. Students should take notes and expect homework such as watching golf videos or practice hitting between sessions. Class size limited and taught to your level.
