Biscotti- or twice-baked Italian cookies are easy to make and can be customized with your favorite add-ins. From the classic crunchy and crumbly to soft and spongy on the inside, we’ll show how tailor your biscotti to your liking. We’ll take a step back and discuss the various methods of measuring and combining ingredients and how to “read” and “re-write” cookbook recipes so that it will yield the results that you want. Please bring a rolling pin, cutting board, and container to take home your creations.
