Philla Barkhorn has studied with many renowned artists at the Grand Central Academy and the Florence Academy (in NJ).  Her studies have been focused on the figure and the portrait.  Philla also enjoys pet portraiture and still life.  She is a member of Daily Paintworks and is the former NJ Ambassador for the Portrait Society of America.  Philla has taught at the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey and privately.  To view her work please visit www.phillabarkhorn.com
