1011) Living Peacefully in Turbulent Times
Explore meditation methods and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to let go of our stressed and anxious minds and learn how to develop peaceful minds instead. Everybody is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation or knowledge of Buddhism. No special clothing or preparation needed, but we ask that students remove shoes before entering the meditation space or wear shoe coverings (provided).
Additional Information:
There is some parking at the Center, but should spots be taken, there is additional parking available at the Mondovi Dental Center which is located less than a block away, at 175 Main Street. There is also street parking in the area.
