Gardeners will leave each class with a wealth of information. NOTE: Students may register for individual sessions shown below by using the code indicated, but registering for the series is more cost effective if planning to attend all three classes. Topics covered will include: 

#1105 Soil: Understanding and Improving Your Garden’s Foundation (Apr 4)

Learn all about soil and the role it plays in your plant’s development. PH, nutrients, soil testing, soil amendments, composting and fertilizer will all be discussed. 

#1106 Prune Like a Pro: Essential Tips for Gardeners (Apr 18)

Discover why we prune, and get advice on when and how to prune. Different pruning tools will also be discussed.

#1107 Flower Gardening: A Blueprint for Success (May 2)

This workshop will provide all you need to know for a beautiful flower garden: site selection, soil preparation, selecting the right plants, designing and maintaining your flower beds.
